1/2 Pint Hoops
***COVID-19 Guidelines have been updated*** Ages 2-5 This introductory basketball class will teach children skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. Mini basketballs will be provided. Session 1 Monday, begins July 5, 9:30-10:15 am (1 spot left) 6 classes, limit 12 children Cost: $90 Greek Orthodox Church, 71 Chandler Road, Andover Court Cubs (CANCELLED - low enrollment) ***COVID-19 Guidelines have been updated*** Ages 2-5 This class is for children just starting out in tennis. Focus is on fundamentals and strengthening hand-eye coordination. Racquets will be available to borrow, but children may bring their own. Dribbling, passing and kicking skills will be covered. Soccer balls will be provided. ***COVID-19 Guidelines have been updated*** Ages 2-5 Play sports like the big kids! Children will be introduced to a variety of sports and games in a fun, noncompetitive environment. Focus is on improving gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Session 1A Wednesday, begins July 7, 9:30-10:15 am (FILLED) Session 1B Wednesday, begins July 7, 10:45-11:30 am (6 spots left) 6 classes, limit 12 children Cost: $90 Greek Orthodox Church, 71 Chandler Road, Andover T-Ball ***COVID-19 Guidelines have been updated*** Ages 2-5 Children will be introduced to the fundamentals of T-ball. Skills including throwing, catching and batting will be taught. Bring a glove. Session 1A Thursday, begins July 8, 9:30-10:15 am (FILLED) Session 1B (CANCELLED - low enrollment) Thursday, begins July 8,10:45-11:30 am (CANCELLED) 6 classes, limit 12 children Cost: $90 Greek Orthodox Church, 71 Chandler Road, Andover Learn to Skate ***COVID-19 Guidelines have been updated*** Ages 3-6 This class is designed to introduce children to ice skating. Prior skating experience is not required for all beginner classes. Snow pants, coats and mittens recommended. Helmets are required. Children must bring their own skates (please no double runners).
